What Customers Say About Guitar Hero World Tour:

Though the graphics do not matter much for a game like this, being able to get into a game quick with friends is critical.Overall not a bad game but just not as good as I had hoped. It felt like it took a lot longer to select songs and play. Its kind of a gimmick IMO and not really needed. The graphics were not as good as Rockband either nor is setting up to play.

Out of the box, GH has the best songs period. The speed the notes come and the notice you get before they were even on medium makes the game very hard unless you learn and memorize the songs. Also unlike Rockband, you can not simply add older games songs into the library of music. First off, love the songs.

That was a huge selling point for me since we want as many songs as possible. The slider was pretty cool for the guitar but does not get much use. Not sure if I would by another GH game after this one, as when people come over we all play Rockband. The download content is also great if you want more. However the gameplay was either too hard or too easy.

Even with the 5 skill level, the game just seemed to be too large a jump in skill levels.

I'm glad I only paid $20 for my copy - I now understand why it was priced so cheap. I tried ridiculously hard to enjoy this game, but I really don't care for it. Rock Band feels so much better and is easier to 1)play 2)learn on the fly 3)enjoy with others in a party setting.

I wish I hadn't bought this game. The songs in this game are poor and the gameplay is quite lackluster. don't waste your money by buying this game. If you are interested in games like this I would highly recommend buying rockband2 or guitar hero: metallica instead.

I bought the first one for my kids and since then we have added guitars and more games and just love our Ps3 and guitar hero.

If I had nothing better to do it would have been beat in a day. They made lots of improvements but it is not as hard. It may be that at my house we play to much but we beat it in less than a week(and thats with a three year old kicking around). Listen this is the way I feel, some people are guitar hero people and some are rock band people. But its a really good game if you just like the guitar, not so much for the other stuff. So to have fair judgement on this game I will state own both and love both. I do not think one is completely better than the other. This game is a little short comparing it to Guitar hero 3.
